Edupedia Ltd is an Education Consultancy established by Geoff and Margaret Armstrong, offering management support directly to headteachers and senior leaders in primary, secondary and special phases.

We also provide a range of services directly to Local Authorities. We work with Local Authorities to provide support and training to school improvement partners in inspection skills, analysing data and supporting schools with the development of the SEF.

Margaret has been headteacher of several very different primary schools, including some with  resourced provision for pupils with a wide range of additional needs. She has current, relevant headship experience through her ongoing work as Associate Headteacher.

Margaret has worked as a local authority inspector in Gateshead and Durham and is a practising School Improvement Partner. Margaret also has extensive experience in school inspection.

Since 2007 we have provided support to schools in challenging circumstances. We have been very successful in providing pre and post inspection support to vulnerable schools.

We also offer advice and training both directly to Local Authorities and through organised conferences.
